When a trading partner sends an AS2 message to your organization, you will receive a notification Email as follows.

In addition, the 'AS2 Messages' component of the Dashboard will inform you of new messages.

To open received messages, you may navigate to the global Inbox for your organization, from the 'AS2 Messages' component of the Dashboard, or the 'View Inbox' from the 'Quick Access' menu.

The global Inbox lists messages received from all of the trading partners of your organization, and the unread messages are listed in bold similar to an email client. You may sort the messages on the available columns, or search for a subset of messages using the search filter. The Download button will download the payload of the incoming message, while Mark button will mark the message as read.

Detailed information about each message maybe viewed by clicking on the subject of any message. The detailed view shows the key AS2 protocol level details, message attributes - such as security (signing and encryption) and compression, and HTTP protocol level transport headers. The Download Content button will download the unencrypted and uncompressed payload, while the Raw Message will download the raw encrypted payload, and Transport Headers will download the HTTP level header.
