Sending a Message
To send a new message to a configured trading partner

Select Send Message from the Quick Access menu

Select Send Message from the AS2 Messages component in the Dashboard

Select Send action from the Trading Partners list accessible via the ’Trading Partners' component of the Dashboard

Select Send from the Trading Partner Details page of any selected Trading Partner
If the target trading partner is not selected already from the 'To Trading Partner’drop-down list, select the appropriate trading partner. The list includes the local name assigned to the partner and the partners’ AS2 ID within the <> symbols. You may also specify a custom subject line for the message, which will default to the subject configured against the selected trading partner already, or the system default. Finally select the file to be sent using the 'Browse' button, and select 'Send Message'
View or Search Queued, Sent and Failed Messages
Once a message is sent, it will first appear in the 'Queued Messages' box until the message is actually sent over the AS2 protocol. Once the message is successfully sent, it will be moved to the 'Sent Messages' box, and its status will show if an MDN has been received, and the actual time at which the message was sent.
